We have a minimum stay of two nights. This helps us with the high costs of keeping our CABN spotless in remote locations.


Check-in from 3pm and check-out 11am providing a complimentary sleep in.

We do not charge a cleaning fee. However, it is the responsibility of the guest to leave the cabin exactly as they found it for the next guests including taking all rubbish with them. If this is not adhered to then a cleaning fee of $85.00 will be deducted from the bond. We will contact you to discuss if this needs to occur.


A $250 refundable bond is payable to cover but not limited to extra guests, excess cleaning and rubbish removal, incidentals and/or property damage and loss. This will be charged to your credit card and refunded within five business days of your departure.


We require a full payment to secure the booking. This will be deducted from your credit card one business day after we receive your booking request. Payment via a credit card incurs a 1.5% surcharge.

Once payment is received we will send you an email confirmation of your booking within 24 hours and details to our CABN 5 days before your intended stay.

We can accommodate last minute bookings but we will have to do this over the phone please call us on 0409 572 367 with your request.


Cancellations can result in an empty CABN.

Therefore, if you need to cancel your booking, we can fully refund monies paid minus a $65 administration fee, as long as it is 5 days before your arrival, so the earlier you let us know the better.

If you cancel 5 days or less before your arrival date, no refund will be made, unless we can resell your dates at the same rate you paid.

Date changes are possible subject to availability and these do not incur an administration fee, but we can only transfer previously paid monies to your new booking.

No refund can be given for non-arrival or unused nights. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may result in the cancellation of holiday bookings. Reduce your stress; that’s what we are all about!
