CABN Mila is the perfect escape from the city. Surrounded by vineyards, simply light the wood fire, and snuggle up to your special someone, read a book on the day bed, and take in the views. 

CABN Mila sleeps 2 people in a cosy Queen-sized bed, and has a set of adult-sized bunk beds for extra guests. 

Offering a minimalist off-grid escape into nature, this CABN includes: 

  • CABN kitchenette with bar fridge, two-burner gas cook top, pots/pans, kettle, coffee plunger, utensils, crockery and cutlery 
  • Bathroom with a shower, flushing toilet, basin and bath linen 
  • Indoor Wood Fireplace 
  • Solar reverse cycle heating/cooling and ceiling fan

Location

Less than an hour’s drive from the city of Adelaide, immersed in one of the world’s most prestigious wine regions lies CABN Mila. A unique off-grid nature escape located just 8 minutes’ drive from the heart of McLaren Vale. 

Located approximately 150 metres from CABN Bella, these CABNs could offer the perfect option to escape with friends or family (subject to availability). 

Explore the Region 

A short walk from the CABN you will discover the Gemtree Eco trail. Take the gentle walk along the regenerated creek line to witness the abundance of native plants and wildlife that inhabit this protected area. 

We recommend exploring the Eco Trail and the surrounding McLaren Vale region on an eBike. You can hire a bike for a full day here via Gemtree Wines. 

The McLaren Vale region is also filled with other great walking trails, wineries, and restaurants.

Amenities

Please be aware that you will be required to walk a flat 50m from your designated car park to the CABN. A cart is supplied to assist in carrying your belongings. 

Generally, your CABN is a tranquil place, however, it is located on a working winery and therefore on occasion there may be machinery noise and vineyard staff on the property. This may be particularly relevant during vintage (February/March), whilst the grapes are being harvested.
