Who Cares? CABN Cares. 2024 National Carers Week Competition

To celebrate National Carers Week from October 13 – 19, CABN is proud to give back to Australia’s carers—the unsung heroes who selflessly care for others. We’re offering five incredible carers the chance to win a two-night off-grid nature retreat at one of our stunning CABN locations.

Australia is home to over 3 million unpaid carers. These individuals tirelessly provide care and support to loved ones, often sacrificing their own well-being. Many carers experience stress, burnout, and isolation due to the immense emotional and physical toll of caregiving.

This is our way of saying thank you.

If you know a carer who deserves a well-earned break in nature, nominate them for a chance to win a retreat where they can disconnect, recharge, and rediscover the beauty of nature.

How to Enter: Nominate a Carer

CABN is giving five carers the chance to win a two-night stay at one of our beautiful off-grid locations, including McLaren Vale, Clare Valley, Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills, or Kangaroo Island. The trips can be taken anytime – there are no restrictions on validity or dates (pending availability).

Simply nominate a deserving unpaid carer in your life below and in 200 words or less tell us why they deserve a much-needed break. Self-nominations are also welcome. Five deserving carers will be chosen from the entries and will win one of our five amazing getaways.

Nominations are now open and close 5 pm on Friday 25th October.

As we mark National Carers Week, CABN is working with Carers Australia TBC to help raise awareness of the selfless contributions carers make every day.
