Barossa
Obviously we need to talk about wine – oldest vines in Australia, 80 cellar doors and traditions dating back centuries combined with a modern food and wine scene that offer some of Australia’s best culinary experiences. It’s no accident that the Barossa is one of Australia’s most renowned wine regions. And all this less than one hour’s drive from Adelaide.
Now that we have that out of the way, let’s talk about nature. Because despite the proximity of CABNX and CANVS by CABN at Seppeltsfield to (wait for it…) the historic Seppeltsfield Winery and many other amazing cellar doors, CABN’s Barossa accommodation is designed with nature in mind. Alternatively, choose to stay at CABN Chloe and Elsie, our original Barossa Valley off-grid cabins and enjoy the sounds and serenity of an Australian bush setting with views of the vines, sipping a glass or two of the local produce.
The Barossa is filled with great wineries, and restaurants to explore. See our recommendations below.
For more information, you can also visit the Barossa Visitor Information Centre or their website online here.
