CABN Matilda is located amongst a picturesque working winery, under an hour’s drive South of Adelaide with plenty of space and endless views to waste away the day.
Located approximately 150 metres from CABN Jude, while CABN Georgia will be a speck in the valley, these cabin triplets could offer the perfect option to escape with friends or family (subject to availability).
You will be required to carry your belongings a short 50m downhill walk to your CABN from the designated carpark.
*It is important to note that in wet weather, the trail down to the CABN can become muddy and slippery (We strongly recommended gum boots).
CABN Matilda is off-grid, and you may be required to change a gas bottle (provided) during your stay. We understand this may not be second nature to all, so instructions have been provided inside the CABN.
Please note that CABN Matilda does not have air-conditioning. There are screened in windows and a ceiling fan to promote circulation, portable fans and an evaporative cooler.
Generally, your CABN is a tranquil place, however, it is located on a working winery and therefore on occasion there may be machinery noise and vineyard staff on the property.
Matilda is dog-friendly and we welcome you to bring your furry friends on the CABN experience, however please keep in mind that the CABN is not fenced, so dogs must remain on a long line lead at all times to respect the local surroundings.
