A short 2-minute drive from your CABN is the Gemtree Eco trail. Enjoy a gentle walk along the regenerated creek line, observing the wealth of native plants and wildlife in this protected area.

We recommend exploring the Eco Trail and the McLaren Vale region on an eBike, available for full-day rental via Gemtree Wines. IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

You will be required to carry your belongings a short 20m walk to your CABN from the designated carpark. 

Generally, your CABN is a tranquil place, however, it is located on a working winery and therefore on occasion there may be machinery noise and vineyard staff on the property. CABN Melissa is located approximately 30m from CABN Matilda and is therefore suitable for small-group getaways.

Melissa is dog-friendly and we welcome you to bring your furry friends on the CABN experience, however please keep in mind that the CABN is not fenced, so dogs must remain on a long line lead at all times to respect the local surroundings.
