Location Map

A short 2-minute drive from CABN Melissa reveals the Gemtree Eco trail. Enjoy a gentle walk along the regenerated creek line, observing the wealth of native plants and wildlife in this protected area.

We recommend exploring the Eco Trail and the McLaren Vale region on an eBike, available for full-day rental via Gemtree Wines. Guests are required to walk a flat 50m from their designated parking area to the CABN, with a cart provided for carrying belongings. While generally tranquil, please note that being in a working winery may result in occasional machinery noise and vineyard staff presence, particularly during vintage (February/March) when grapes are harvested.
